Eleven villa is built on the 3 are, the total building is 1.40 are. The villa is in a country side, has easy access to the center of Ubud. Very close to some Restaurants as Bale Udang Resto and Bebek tepi Sawah. Mini market will be found in the edge of the road just before enter the villa.

From the Villa is only 7 minutes Drive distance to the Center of Ubud. The villa is located in a quiet place next to paddy / rice field, and you can enjoy beautiful dynamic scenery of Ubud. From the second floor, Bale Udang / Mang Engking Resto that is designed very unique & naturally can be seen, and it’s only 5 minutes walking distance.

From Ngurah Rai airport is 1 hour drive to the villa. Monkey Forest is 7 minutes drive, traditional Art Market is 10 minutes drive, Tagenungan Waterfall is 15 minutes drive. And for you who like to do tracking on the top of Mount Batur, you can reach it in 40 minutes drive.

We provide Airport Transfer (surcharge) and Day Tour Service with guide who can speak English and Japanese with price USD 65 for one day tour (9 hours) and we charge USD 40 for half day tour (4-5 hours).
