Pear Villa is a beautiful two-storeys building. The villa contents with two-bedrooms private villa along with private swimming pool.
The villa is designed with one bedroom is on downstairs with bed size 200 cm x200 cm and one specious bedroom on upstairs with twin beds 160 cm x 200 cm size each fit for 4 persons, so the villa is suitable for couple, big groups or family stay until 6 people.

Each bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with water heater. You will enjoy the serenity of the authentic Bali vibe.
The living room come with TV cable and DVD then Free WiFi is provided in all areas of the villa.
Well maintained garden brings up a relaxing ambiance with the perfect touch of sun ray, and the effect of natural harmony.
In addition, the villa is well-equipped with Air Conditioning and a washing machine for you to use.
The kitchen is already equipped with all necessary kitchenware for your immediate need of cooking such as rice cooker, refrigerator, dispenser, stove, toaster, microwave, blender, electric kettle, etc, but but we are not provide kitchen basic like salt, pepper and Oil.

Every morning our villa staffs will clean the villa – wash the dishes, and to check everything is perfectly working for you.

Available on request; pick up and drop off transport service, tour, massage, breakfast, etc We have parking lot for one car and motorbike only. The streets of Seminyak can get quite jammed so best way to get around is by walking or renting a motorcycle or bicycle.

We provide Airport Transfer (surcharge) and Day Tour Service with guide who can speak English and Japanese with price USD 65 for one day tour (9 hours) and we charge USD 40 for half day tour (4-5 hours).
